In the winter of 2017, my furnace broke. I had just purchased my condo as a single, divorced female. New to Walled Lake, I called many places to secure a same day appointment. I finally spoke with Matt who was able to juggle his appointments to squeeze me in. He came out that evening to look at the furnace. Unfortunately, I needed a new furnace and fortunately, I found the best company.

The day after, Matt and his team came to install the new furnace. My son was sick with the flu and I had to take him to the urgent care as his fever spiked. Matt offered to stay at my house with his employees to complete the installation. He was there when I returned. Everything was perfect.

Yesterday, I wanted to turn on the air conditioner as it was warm and humid. It wasn't working. I texted Matt .... let me add, I met him in the winter of 2017 and spoke to him maybe for a few days while my furnace was being fixed... anyway, I decided to text him in hopes for a reply. It was after 9:00pm. And, he answered to my surprise. He suggested a few things for me to look at and when it didn't work, he offered to come the next day.

Sure enough, he came and made the necessary adjustments and fixed my air conditioner. By the time I came home from work, my condo was very comfortable. I will be able to sleep comfortably tonight. I am extremely pleased with the quality of work Matt has provided to me and my children. He has exceeded my expectations and most importantly he KNOWS the importance of providing only the best customer service.

I can't say enough... Thank you Matt for being there for me and making my life easier knowing that I will always have you there to keep us cool in the summer and warm in the winter. - Raquel
